QUESTION - website log-in error:

I recently joined (or renewed) and have a screen capture congratulating me on joining and showing my payment of $25.00 was received. I have not been able to log in to the website. I get a message saying I'm either not a member or I haven't activated my account. Please advise what I should do?

ANSWER: Once you join, or in some cases renew, you will need to activate your account. You should receive an email telling you how to do this. The email will look similar to the following:

QUESTION - change password / my email has changed:

How can I change my Password, or my email has changed, and I need to update it?

ANSWER: Once you log in, you will see all the information pertaining to your account. You can change your password or email there.


QUESTION - email changed, forgot login id and/or password:

My email has changed, and I forgot my Login ID and/or Password. How can I update my email to receive the information?

ANSWER: You will need to use the “Contact Us” form and the Secretary can manually update your new email. Once your email has been updated you can request your Login ID and/or Password.


QUESTION: - renewal:

Where do I go to Renew?

ANSWER: Under My Membership, click on the blue link that shows 1 Year Full Membership (see first question above for example). When the new screen comes up (see picture) it will show your purchase history. Click on the black "Renew" button to begin the renewal process. 

QUESTION - expired membership:

My membership expired do I need to re-join?

ANSWER: No. You should log-in and follow the instructions to renew and you will be able to renew at that time. Note: a member whose membership has expired is not removed from the Association database. They only lose access to items available to current (paid) members.


QUESTION - finding the Technical Manual:

I just purchased the Catalina 22 Technical Manual download, where can I find it?

ANSWER: Log-In with your C22NSA membership username and password. The following screen appears with My Membership

The following screen appears. Under "Available Files" see Tech Manual. Click to open and download.




QUESTION - Technical Manual:

I purchased the Catalina 22 Technical Manual, what should I be able to view?

ANSWER: Members who purchased the Catalina 22 Technical Manual will be able to access the 2006 Editon, plus 2014 Update, 2017 Update, and 2019 Update.

How do I request a new fleet to be set-up?

ANSWER: Go to the Regions and Fleets page to find a listing of Regional Commodores and Fleet Captains. The Regions and Fleets page also has links to help you update your regional commodore and fleet captain contact information.
